GENERAL CONDITIONS

RESERVATIONS
Reservations should be booked through, and inquiries for services should be directed to Bali Private Villa and Hotels office. To ensure efficient handling of all reservation and inquiries, the more details we receive the better it is: arrival and departure dates, flights, full names, etc.

CONFIRMATIONS
All reservation requests are normally confirmed by return and in case immediate confirmation is not possible, the booking status will immediately be advised.

RATES
All rates are quoted NETT (inclusive of 21% total tax and service charges on villa and hotel rates, as well as 1% VAT) in US DOLLARS at current rates of exchange. Taxes as well as rates of exchange are subject to change. Invoices will show VAT separately; invoiced amount plus VAT will be equal to nett rates listed herein. Rates validity: 15 May 2007 until 31 March 2008.

CHILD POLICY
Children between 2 and 12 years old are granted a 50% discount on transfers, provided they share the room with two adults and are not taking an extra bed. if an extra bed is needed on requiring their own rooms or half twin bedded are charged as adult.

PAYMENT
Full prepayment by bank transfer is required two weeks before commencement of services, with all bank transfers charges/fees to be paid by clients. Our bank coordinates are:

CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee according to the case incurred will be charged. No refund will be made for any unutilized land arrangement.

LIABILITY
Bali Private Villa and Hotels acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, all transport operators, and all local tourist industries providing the services. Bali Private Villa and Hotels is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourist. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and public unrest must be borne by the tourists.
